LEYTON: Duo charged over cannabis factory find

TWO men have been charged with cultivating cannabis following the discovery of a large drugs factory.
Officers found around 1,000 plants in the raid of a building at the Argall Avenue Industrial Estate in Leyton last night (Tuesday February 21).
Ha Van Phan, 25, and Tuan Anh Tran, 32, will appear at Thames Magistrates Court tomorrow (Thursday February 23).
